Fietskoeriers.nl delivers your package by bicycle to reduce carbon footprint, in the 30 cities they are based in. In all other places they work together with DHL to ensure your package is delivered timely.

All packages will be shipped through our standard shipping services and will be provided with a Track & Trace number. Please note that customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may still apply. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Stardust nor are they included in the order total. These applicable fees will be due upon delivery.

FREE RETURNS IN STORE
You can return your purchase for free at our store. You do not have to register your return online, but it is important to take the invoice or receipt with you. Please make sure you include the required return form, completed with your details.

I WANT TO RETURN MY ORDER BY POST
You can return your item(s) within 14 days after your order was delivered to you. Send us an email at [email protected] and we will send you a return form. Has the return period of 14 days expired? Unfortunately is it not possible to return your item(s). Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about the policy.
I RETURNED MY ORDER BUT NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND
Please make sure that when you return a package to add the return form to the package. Without a return form or order details we can't trace the item back to you and therefore can't handle the return correctly. If you did not add the return form to your package we cannot process the order.
If you have added the return form but still haven't received your refund, kindly reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number and we will handle your request ASAP.
RETURN WITH TRACK & TRACE
When you return your order make sure you do this with a track & trace number. In that case, if package does not arrive or arrives without customer details, we can still track down the order. If you cannot prove that the order has been returned, unfortunately we cannot do anything for you. If the order was returned (with or without track & trace) and permanently lost during shipping, we cannot offer a refund of any kind. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the package arrives safely back to our warehouse.
Any shipping charges that may apply on returns or exchanges will not be refunded. Only if you need exchange or return an item due to a mistake on our side, we will take care of the shipping charges for the return. Please contact [email protected] so we can send you a return label.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE REIMBURSEMENT OF MY MONEY?
When we receive your return at the office it can take up to 10 working days to process your return. Our system uses the same payment method with which you made your payment to refund you. Therefore, it is not possible to change payment details. It can take up to two working days for the money to be transferred back into your account.
CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS BOUGHT DURING SALE PERIODS?
Yes, you can return your items bought during sale periods. Note that returns can only be processed with a receipt.
