1 Return Policy
1.1 How long does it take before my refund is reimbursed?

Depending on your bank, it typically takes 5-10 working days before your refund has been reimbursed to your account.

2 Delivery
2.1 Is it possible to pick up my purchase in-store?

Sure! Make sure to select 'Pick-up in Store' upon finalizing your purchase on our website. We will not charge you shipping costs and will prepare your item in our store in Groningen.

 

2.2 I am an international customer, do I have to pay custom duties or import fees?

No, you don’t. We take take care of that. You just pay the delivery charge that will comes with your purchase. Please refer to our shipping fees per country in the Shipping & Returns page.

 

2.3 I'd like to receive/send my order to a different address, is this possible?

Yes, make sure to insert the correct address for delivery when finalizing your purchase.

2.4 How much will I be charged to ship to my country of residence?

We work with different fees per country, please refer to our Shipping & Returns to see the cost of shipping for your country in particular

2.5 I'd like to track my order after completing my purchase, is this possible?

Of course! We will provide you with a unique Track & Trace code that allows you to track your parcel at all times.

3 Stock
3.1 I'd like to order multiple items of a Stardust Vintage piece I've seen on the site, is this possible?

All of the Stardust Vintage items have been handpicked by us and are therefore unique. Should you have a particular item you are looking for, let us know and we will try to keep it in mind for our next collection!

3.2 I want to order a Stardust Vintage item but it is no longer in stock, when will it return?

Unfortunately we are not able to replenish stock of our Vintage items, as they are all unique and one-of-a-kind.
